Brian Rowland (Director of Coaching) said “In addition to his roles as the Senior Girls Director for the club, Martyn will also lead and oversee the staff, six teams, and over 100 players that participate in the Girls Academy League. The leading development platform for the best female youth players in the United States.”

Kyle Martyn offered the following  “I couldn’t be more honored and excited to begin this journey with Ukrainian Nationals SC. A massive thank you to the Board and Brian Rowland for this incredible opportunity to work at a club with such incredible history and prominence. I look forward to meeting all the staff, players, and families. Ultimately, we will always look to build and grow our club to become the best version of itself so that we can in turn provide the best and most valuable experiences to our players.”

Martyn holds his USSF “A” License and is set to become a Talent Scout for US Soccer by the end of this year. For the past year he has been the Girls Academy Director for STA where he led and oversaw the Girls Academy Program while also providing leadership to the Girls Program at STA as a whole.

Martyn is no stranger to the greater Philadelphia area. Growing up in Media, Pennsylvania he attended Alvernia University where he was a regional All American. He played professionally both indoor in the MISL and outdoor in the USL Championship. From 2018-2021 Martyn was an ECNL staff coach and Program Coordinator for Penn Fusion.

Martyn and his wife Kim, have a newly born boy, Leo.
